SMS Messaging Consent
This section explains how SMS text messaging works at The Hit Predictor and what you agree to if you opt in.
- Opt-in: You will only receive SMS messages from THP if you explicitly opt in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a THP form or by otherwise providing express permission).
- Message types: SMS messages may include account-related notifications, security alerts, and operational messages such as new client lead alerts or status updates. If we ever send marketing messages by SMS, we will request a separate, explicit marketing opt-in where required.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on activity (e.g., new client sign-ups). We aim to keep messages minimal and relevant.
- STOP / opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

International Users
Data may be processed in the United States. By using THP, you consent to transfers per applicable law.
Children
THP is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
